On June 16, the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Task Force established to review Japan’s discharge of treated water from the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station released a report setting out their initial observations of regulatory aspects of the proposed Advanced Liquid Processing System (ALPS) treated water discharge.
